"Always Reliable Delivery"
I’ve ordered a few times now, and everything has always arrived exactly when they said it would. I haven’t had any delivery issues at all, which makes me feel really confident ordering from them again

"Cute to look at, but a little hit or miss"
I like browsing Funko figures because some of them are really cute and look great on a shelf. That said, I do wonder about the quality sometimes. A few designs feel similar, and on some figures the faces or details look a little off to me. They’re still fun collectibles, but not every one feels worth picking up.

"Came fast, figure’s fine"
Got my funko quick. Box was mostly okay, just a small dent on one corner. Figure inside was perfect though. Not a huge deal. Packaging could’ve been better

"Wish I’d Ordered Sooner"
The shipping ended up being cheaper than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I got my order without getting hit with those ridiculous fees some other sites charge. Kind of regret putting it off for so long

"cool exclusives, just wish they lasted"
I really like the exclusives, they’re fun and definitely make me want to check back... but they disappear way too fast. kinda frustrating when you see something good and it’s already gone

"Pretty Smooth Checkout"
Checkout was mostly fine for me, I think. I didn’t really run into any actual problems, but the payment page felt like it took a little longer to load than I expected. Maybe I was just being impatient, but it would be nice if that part was a bit faster

I ended up returning an order from funko.com because I wasn’t totally sure the quality was worth keeping. I figured the refund would take forever, but it showed up in my account faster than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of emails either. Simple, no real hassle, and I appreciated that.

"Good Support, Even If It Took a Bit"
I’m particular about the condition of my figures and boxes, so I was definitely annoyed when mine showed up damaged. I sent photos over to funko, the replacement process was straightforward. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but they did send out a new one and kept me updated enough along the way. In the end, I’m happy with how they handled it...

"Tracking was spot on"
I ordered a couple of Funko Pops the tracking was really solid the whole way through. It updated quickly and the delivery date ended up being exactly right, which I always appreciate. The package showed up when it said it would, so I didn’t have to sit around wondering all day. Compared to some other orders I’ve had where the tracking just kind of... yeah, this was way easier. Simple order, no issues, 5 stars from me.

"I’ve had a decent time browsing funko…"
I’ve had a decent time browsing Funko. They’ve got a solid mix of Pops and other figures, and I actually found most of the characters I was looking for, which was nice. The site is fun to poke around on too, but then I’ll randomly think of an older Pop I want and realize it’s either gone or really hard to find. So yeah, overall it’s a good selection, I just wish some of the older releases were easier to grab.

After dealing with way too many figures that feel cheap or have messy paint, this one was a relief. It actually feels solid in hand, and the paint looks good too. Shouldn’t be such a big deal, but apparently that’s rare sometimes.

"Limited drops felt fair"
I was a little worried the limited drops would feel impossible to get, but it seemed fair to me. I’d say there were maybe a couple chances to grab what I wanted, and it didn’t feel like everything disappeared in 2 seconds. Overall, the process felt reasonable

My Funko order showed up looking just fine. The box had decent padding, and the Pop wasn’t crushed or bent, which was what I was mainly worried about. Shipping can be hit or miss with these, but this one was protected well.

"Fast and actually helpful"
They got back to me really quickly, which I appreciated a lot. And the replies weren’t just fast, they were actually helpful too. I was kind of expecting the usual generic answer, but nope, they answered what I needed and made the whole thing easy. Anyway, good experience overall
